SPRING TUNE UP WEEK

The intention for the Race Rocks Adventure is to create an opportunity for paddlers that have already has formal training with paddling in tidal currents. This ecological reserve will also provide incredible opportunities for wildlife viewing as well as seeing one of the first two lighthouses on the West Coast of Canada (Paddle Canada Level-2 Skills or above required).

Expand your abilities paddling in current. Paddlers seeking new playgrounds will benefit from this session. Instructors will share their tips and tricks to manage play in the current and build skills for risk assessment and recoveries. This is great for paddlers wanting to increase their skill set and take on some moving water.

• What's included: Six hours of instruction
• Location: We will meet at 12pm at Weir Beach
• Prerequisites: Intermediate and advanced paddlers will benefit from this session most.
